Hi guys,
John Grover, Dark fiction author who also likes to dabble in science fiction and fantasy.  I am from Massachusetts and have been writing since I was 18.  I took a creative writing course online at Boston's Fisher college in my spare time.
I have been featured in a couple of small local papers and have a bunch of paperback and ebook titles available through various publishers.
My very first published paperback was with Eric S Brown (the master of zombies and now bigfoot!) and Jason Brannon.  It was entitled Space Stations and Graveyards. You can visit my site for more info on this title, it is still out there for sale.
From there I've gone on to publish many other collections and chapbooks. I just landed a story in the New England Horror Writers' new anthology Epitaphs coming out on 11/11/11.
You may have seen me in a few pages that the Library offers, namely: Wolves of War, Zombology, Zombiality, Horrorology and Zombology II with upcoming appearances in Horror Comes Out, Vampology and Rockets, Swords and Rainbows.

Please visit my site for more about my work and drop by to say hello!

Best,
John Grover

Some old titles come back from the dead (From the Maximum Pimpage forum)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey folks,
For you lovers of short fiction at great prices, thought you might like to know that two of my old print titles are now available for the first time as ebooks.
You can download both of these titles for the Amazon Kindle or for your Nook, Sony, Kobo through Smashwords.
All new cover art for both titles.
First up Terror in Small Doses is only 99 cents for a compilation of flash horror stories. 6 flash tales that serve as a good sampler of my work.  This new ebook is based on the out-of-print chapbook from the now defunct Nocturne Press.
New cover art by Kirk Alberts.
You may purchase at Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Terror-In-Small-Doses-ebook/dp/B005G8SBRA/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1317060410&sr=1-1
or Smashwords: http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/89576
My other title Feminine Wiles is 16 tales of wicked women..bases on my popular trade paperback. Every story contained here features a seductive, alluring and totally evil female villain in all her glory. No damsels in distress, no virgins tripping over their feet. No, here you will find women turning the tables on their male counterparts. It's the girls' turn to have some fun.
Stunning new cover art by Christopher Zibelli.
Amazon link here: http://www.amazon.com/Feminine-Wiles-ebook/dp/B005O53WXS/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1317061089&sr=1-1
Or smashwords: http://www.smashwords.com/books/view/89236
Thanks for checking it out guys. I've appeared in a bunch of library titles: Zombology, Zombiality, Wolves of War, Horrorology, and Zombology III
I hope you'll give these new ebook titles a look!  Thanks so much.

Thanks so much guys!

Suzanne, that is exactly how I looked at it.  The female villain isn't done very often. And I wanted to write about women as villains not victims.  I thought why not an entire collection of them.. I've written about them for years. The stories span many different years of my writing.  I figure women will like to see the women get the upperhand and men will like to read about the seductive vixens.  :-)

You are very right about that one. I wrote a story where the woman is the villain and it was so nice because women can be very calculating and are not "helpless". It was a blast to write so I can only imagine an anthology full of it will be a nice change.
