hey thanks for the info man. i have signed up for an account at podomatic. one further question - i am in ohio. brett is in the UK. what is the best way for us to link up?

it will be general zombie talk, horror, music and all around idiocy. brett and i are both long term members (and mods in some cases) of zombie sites. including but not limited to livingdead and homepageofthedead. pus and i are mods on a site that brett is the admin of. so i am looking to him for some advice first.

this is a request for some advice/help.

brett and i want to start doing podcasts (yes we are anxious to prove to the world just what a couple of perfect idiots we really are) and would like to get some advice on getting started.

i am using a mac and have the audacity software. i have already messed about with and learned the basic functions and how to export a file as an MP3 and whatnot.

i guess my first question is after creating and exporting the file, what should be the next step? obvious answer is uploading it to a website but we'd like to know what it entails.

for relatively small numbers of zombies, i'd use an aluminum baseball bat. the reason for this would be to keep noise down. the undead are attracted to noise like poop beetles to elephant crap, so i see no reason to put up a sign that says "hey, i'm over here!" and draw even more of them to you.

i'd use guns in cases where:
a. i encountered a relatively large number of zombies- a rifle or shotgun would be good to use.
b. i was in a place (like a hallway or some other small space) where swinging a bat around might not be so easy. a handgun would be perfect in that sort of situation
