Today, in Abu Dhab, we have a day of National Day celebrations, followed by an Islamic holiday.

Total - 10 days off work!

Casey Quinn, the head honcho at Short Story Library interviewed me for Short Story Library. See below:

The main thrust of the interview was my latest book, 'Robin Hood and Friar Tuck: Zombie Killers'.

November 6, 2009 by desertwomble

You know, I was wondering about a monster crocodile / alligator anthology, called 'Crocology'.

Unfortunately 'croc' could get confused with 'crock' as in 'crock of shite' - so how about 'Alligatology'?

Or not!

Anyone snag Hansel and Gretel yet???? If not, it's MINE [image]

There's an outdated list on page 6 of this thread about who's doing what, and a member was working on Hansel and Grettel.

Whether it was accepted or not is another matter.

You could always ask Rhiannan for an updated list - and then run for your life!

Re: Rhiannon Frater Interviews Kody Boye, Boy Author Extrodinaire

November 5, 2009 by desertwomble

Excellent interview - both Qs and As.

Re the last question about advice to authors; it's all well and good proofing your work, but there are hundreds of good writers just too shy or lacking in confidence to send their work out.

That's where I think interviews such as this and forums such as the Library become invaluable.

John Dean at Global Short Stories asked me to write a piece about my book for the GSS blog (after I emailed him with the news), so I did that when I got home from work today:
