I didn't know you were ill, Nickie. I'm sorry to just find this out. I hope you're doing better. Being sick/ill is never any fun.
No posts received thumbs up, next time you see a good one, give some respect and thumb it up.

Ooh, neat. You better be sure to let us see a TOC for the books when they're finally edited and arranged. :P
Hey Doc!
You might want to look into them. They'll pretty much print anything. (pens, postcards, bussiness cards, notepads, sticky pads, etc.)
:D
I'll send a story after I get it finished... I had originally been writing it for Permuted's 'The World is Dead,' but... Well, yeah. It's not finished, and the deadline is the thirty-first.
So, yeah. That doesn't really work in my favor, lol.
So, yeah. Give me some time, I'll finish it eventually, lol.
I WILL Say this though; the story will be in the same world as my 'Happy Ending' story that was in the Christmas Podcast. Both stories are also in the 'Sunrise' universe. (Sunrise being my zombie novel, hehehe.)
In all the zombie movies I've seen (Resident Evil, the original DEAD trilogy, the 'remade' 'DEAD' trilogy, the very awful Australian zombie film (with the aliens,) and 28 Days/Weeks, all the zombies have blinked.
I've always thought that anything connected to the brain is basically safe. Sense the eyes are connected to the brain by nerves, they shouldn't rot, because the brain doesn't rot, right? It the brain rotted, the zombies would technically die.
I dunno; that's my two cents on it.
shrug
This sounds like it'll be a cool anthology. Can't wait to see what comes out of it!
thumbs up
hehehe, thanks again, babygirl. :D
The first D2L is my FAVORITE zombie novel. The atmosphere is just....
shiver
.
Thanks babygirl, and thanks Dr. Pus. : ) I'm hoping to have it done within the next month or so. I'm letting the story guide itself, so who knows how long it'll be.
DAWN '04 did a really good job with the emotions about how/if you had to kill someone you loved, would you really do it? There wasn't a character that hadn't gone through something really traumatic, so it made them all interesting characters.
Dr. Pus told me to past an excerpt...
It's not short, but it's the first chapter...
Attached as a PDF.
It's unedited as well, so... Yeah. Ignore typos. It's still not done. (It's resting around 43k right now; I'm still writing it.)
I didn't sneak in; I've been lurking for a few days anyway, lol. XD
Anyone else read this? I got the chance to read/proof/edit an advanced version, then blurb it.
I REALLY liked this novel and I'd recommend it. Look it up on Amazon; it's fucking awesome. It hardly ever lets up; it's always pure action of always pure suspense.
Ah, yes; that cover's WAAAY awesome, haha. : )
