Naw. We need to corrupt as many people as possible.
Yeah, but just imagine if a zombie pirate showed up at their door at 3 in the morning saying, "Buuuuuuyyyy Theeeeee Booooookksss Buuuucccccooooo!!"
Scare the hell out of them.
Yes I did DWM. That was on the Undead Christmas CD.
The songs are all downloaded and in order. Almost 80 minutes worth. Once I get the final mix done and the cover/liner notes done I'll start burning them.
Stay tuned!
If y'all are gonna do this thong thing, I'll send out full coverage dental masks to cover your faces. We need to protect the innocent!!
And then read "The Grass is Always Greener (Over the Septic Tank)"
Come on guys and gals, let's get them rolling. If you don't know what a Haiku is ... Google it.
Librarians need haikus
Zombies are a must
Putrified Poetry waits.
Aldon's short story "I'll Drink To That" was hidden in the "Drunk Zombie" "Oh Yes They Are" thread. I'd forgot about it. Sorry Aldon, it's a helluva story!! I hope you like the way it came out.
I loved how she worked in the e-mail and zombie hotline.
Cool ass song April!! Thank you!!
This was a blast the last time we did them. But I think we lost all of them on the old forum.
Soooooo, I want y'all to write a bunch of them and I plan on having a "Putrified Poetry" with all haikus. And of course all of them will end up in the book "Putrified Poetry: Rotten Rhymes for Undead Times". Coming soon from "Library of the Living Dead" publishing.
Post em here!

Next episode we'll have a very special treat for you, an excerpt from the first "Library of the Living Dead" novel by Stephen A. North called "Dead Tide". It's cool as hell!
Undead Love,
Doc
Here's the most excellent cover that DreamingNeonBlack (Dan) has done for Stephen. A. North's "Dead Tide", which will be the "Library of the Living Dead's" first published novel. Give it a look. It's cool as hell!!

And as soon as I can get the pictures taken I'll be posting the "Luau of the Living Dead" scrapbook Minxie sent it. It is the coolest thing I've ever received. I was just blown away at how wonderful it looks. I've got it at my office and have even let some of my patients look through it. Tam absolutely loved it and thinks Minxie is the coolest.
I'll be taking the scrapbook to Zombie Fest 2008 and show it promininently at my table there.
By the way Minxie, do you have business cards of flyers I can put on my table for your scrapbooking business? Perhaps I can get you some work.
Again Minxie, I love my scrapbook bunches. You ROCK!!
Doc
It is indeed available for download. Here's the link:
Mur has given me permission to post one chapter of "The Takeover" per episode of "Library of the Living Dead". She just rocks my undead world!
Make sure you check out all of Mur's other stuff too. Her podcasts are the bar I'm attempting to reach with "Library". I doubt I'll ever be as good, but I'm gonna give it a helluva try.
Doc
Welcome Badhammer to the "Library of the Living Dead" forum. Just to let you know, my "Good Librarians" are a group of wonderful people who would back me up with their very lives. They're that rabid and I just love them bunches. Without these great members I would never have made it as far as I have. They really are quite stupendous folks.
We have no flaming at all here on the forum. So you will be welcomed with open undead arms. DancingFred may even wear his thong for you. (But we hope not!)
We all are voracious in our love for the undead. And yes we do dress up as zombies, especially for Zombie Walks. So, it's not strange or weird to us that you do the same. Every one has their own cool things they like to do. Pirates are cool as hell too. We "Librarians" wear our zombie outfits and blood as a badge of honor. We are the fringe group that alot of mundane people think as weird. Fuck 'em, I've always been weird, and I like it.
Welcome to the "Library" Badhammer. You're gonna have a helluva good time!
Doc
Write it up Aldon!! That's a great start. I'll do it up for you right.
And all of your other "Good Librarians" who want to take a shot at writing song lyrics ..... GO FOR IT!!
This could just be cool as hell!!
I'd love you to send in a story Badhammer. I'll do it up right on the podcast. I'm really into all this full production shit now, especially trying to get my chops down when ZomPod" launches on Darker Projects this October.
And no Badhammer, there is no stigma attached to you. My "Good Librarians" are a great group of folks. We forgive and forget and get on the the important stuff ..... ZOMBIES!!
So quit apologizing. All is cool in "Libraryland". Just join in the fun.
And like I already said, "YOU ARE WELCOME HERE!!"
Doc
(By the way, I don't have your e-mail addy. Send it to me in a PM. I'l love to converse with ya!)
Hey Badhammer!! Nice to have you on the forum. The "song" in #56 was in fun, just like all of the "songs" are in fun. I certainly didn't mind the first review you posted on Itunes. You have every right in the world to state your own opinion. Be a pretty fucking boring world if we all liked the same things now wouldn't it? The reason for the "song" was your post on "Midnight Podcast". It was just my way of having some fun. I'm glad you were not offended.
So, consider the machete buried and let's have some fun.
You are welcome here Badhammer!
