Woop! Can't wait to read the others. :)
Congrats to all the authors!!
Well done all
Congrats everyone! Job well done considering the # of subs. Well done indeed
Great job to everyone!!
Oh bummers, I had to share the unfortunate news with the evil Jester last night. I knocked on his box and when he popped out to hear the news that our story was rejected, I had to comfort the little fellow in my arms.
He takes these things to heart. Nevertheless, I then reminded him that it's all part of the business, grow a set of ^&*% and toughen up, little guy. Least you forget that just the other day, our first NOVELLA "Lockdown" is going to publication over at Wicked East Press after 8 successful short story publications already under your little jester belt.
A huge evil grin went across his face, and he showed me his elongated razor sharp teeth, a sure sign that Charlie was indeed on the mend.
Congrats to everyone who made it in. And to all those who didn't, let's find our story a happy home. Keep us posted when you do.
And a special thanks to Bill and Stephanie who encouraged us to write, allowed our creative juices to flow, and assisted us in producing another work of fiction we can add to our "to find a home list." We all know how exceptionally hard your work is as editors, and the tough decisions you have to make. We respect this, and I look forward to sending you more stories in the future.
All the best,
Charles Day & Charlie in the Box
Just joined and wanted to add my congradulations.
Best,
Burce
I am honored to be a part of this one. I also can't wait to read everyone else's stories!
LONG LIVE THE LIBRARY!
Thank you- Bill and Steph!
Holy crap, how did I miss this thread? (I was still looking at the old one for this.) Wow! It's amazing to finally see this...and I'm second to last in the book!
I'm really stoked to be a part of this and can't wait to read the other stories. Congrats to everyone that made it.
I hate to be a pain in the ass about this (I'm just extremely excited!) but are there any updates for the antho? I've recently been invited to read at a VERY big convention in September and would love to be able to hold the book as I read my story.
It is in the editing process right now and the cover art is done.
Thanks, Bill. I appriciate it.
'grats to all in the TOC!
Just curious, but any updates?
