Woohoo! I've been so excited for this one.  So wait, is Wolves of War, the official title now?  I've been telling everyone it was War Wolves.

Yeah, again, my fault.  I have let everyone down here a lot by sucking at editing and taking so long.  It is indeed called THE WOLVES OF WAR now and that is its real title.

That is exciting--congrats to you all!  I'm always delighted at the speed and grace that stories are accepted and published here.    I've got a story submitted elsewhere (children's lit) that says there is a 4 month wait period and they only respond if interested. 

WOW!!  As I am editing Wolves of War, I am reminded of just how awesome of the stories in this book are from Werebunnies with RPGs to a killing spree, wolf style on a US navy vessel.

Hey all, I'm a newb and wondering if the anthologies, like "The Wolves of War," are available at regular bookstores, like Barnes & Noble or Borders?  I tried to search on B&N's computer in-store and couldn't find anything.  I hate ordering online and paying S & H, and I'd really like to start pimping LOTLD and LOH Press stuff to my writing group, friends, and family, maybe even arrange a signing when "Zombology IV" comes out and getting more folks aware of the awesome stuff here! 

I don't know if I can get B&N to stock it beyond the one store, but are the anthologies available to be stocked at bookstores?  Or is the only way to get them to order on Amazon?  Maybe a dumb question, but I'm pretty green and pretty excited about all this!  Can we purchase author's copies at a discounted rate?  Congrats to folks with stories coming out!

Yes, please, would love to get to work on marketing and advertising in my own humble little corner of the universe!  Consider us your handy, serviceable zombie horde of slaves :)  Seriously, anything I could do to help?  I'm in a writer's group at Barnes and Noble, and have friends that work there, so I could go the grassroots route for whatever is needed.

I'll talk with the manager at B&N tomorrow (Writer's Group night!) and see what she might know about getting the books in.  Hey, I figure it can't hurt!  A few of my friends work there and are zombie lovers who would love to have more relevant books available...I mean, they are humans who really like stories about zombies
