You can still get it at Amazon or Createspace! If you get it at Createspace I get a higher percentage of the money, but if you buy it off Amazon you'll be driving up the sales rank, and the higher the rank the more likely people are to just run across it randomly.

No Kindle version yet. We're having a terrible time getting the Kindle versions to load. There will be though, as soon as Amazon gets its head out of its ass. Gees.
Okay, I put up my review tonight. The book was great! Can't wait for the next one from Derek. Not only is a really nice guy, but he's a very smart funny writer. What's next, Derek?
