Is this cool or what.... A lady contacted me today with a professional dance troupe in the area, and they are coming to the zombie walk, in full costume, to perform Michael Jackson's Thriller! I think it will be a hit!

that is really cool deadmama, you should get a zombie cameraman to wander around taking shaky cam video of everything!!

OH, and and...and what else??? People are calling me to donate stuff for door prizes, and my kids kung fu school donated a free month's worth of lessons for a contest prize (ya know, to prepare for the zombie invasion!) And one of their kung fu teachers is a pro photographer and videographer, and he is gonna donate his time to take pics and video, then make me a professional DVD of it! My cousin Michael was able to get me a banner made for VERY cheap! And, my wonderful husband and my son Sammy built me this 2 ft off the ground stage so that when we have the announcements, people can SEE me! (I am so short...) A girl we know that goes to the biggest and most popular high school here said that kids are talking about it and are really looking forward to it (one even told her it was "kind of a big deal" HA!) I am just SUPER psyched!!!! I spent some time yesterday bloody-ing up our clothes, as well as rubbing dirt into them. Hee hee! This is gonna be the BEST EVER!!!

IT WAS GREAT!!!!! Our official number? That's right guys and ghouls....we had exactly 100 zombies in attendance! That is AWESOME for our first year!

The agenda was changed up a little, due to Patrick Mosely from Mosely's Movements coming out and deciding that we weren't high profile and organized enough for him to put on their Thriller dance for us zombies! Oh well, there is a lot to be said about someone who will back out of a charity event at the last minute because, and I quote..."I have better things to do with my time." So, we all rallied together and walked through Mall St. Vincent and had a BLAST! The best part was seeing the looks on the faces of all the mall shoppers, it was great!
